About me

If there is one word to describe my life, that word is eclectic. 

I enjoyed an international career as a professional dancer and actress based in New York City. Dancing flowed naturally into teaching Ballet and Broadway Theatre Dance in private schools and colleges throughout New England, which in turn flowed naturally into teaching yoga. I am certified in Alignment Based Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Ashtanga Yoga. Along the way I also became a practitioner of Raindrop Essential Oil Massage, and I am certified to practice Sound Therapy.

My holistic approach to life integrates business as well as the arts.  In my multi-faceted career I have served as Conference Event Coordinator for the Omega Institute, Office Manager for Retail Insights, (a consulting firm to the Natural Products Industry,) Project Supervisor for American Photography and Illustration, (the “bible” of large format Art Source books in New York City,) and as Assistant Literary Agent at Riverside Literary Agency. I served as marketing director for HighChi, an energy jewelry line based in Sausalito, California. 

I am also a painter, my award-winning paintings hang in private collections around the world.  My hugely successful 365 Days of Om paintings are unique, intention-based works of art; each taking a year to create; each imbued with a personalized dedicated daily prayer symbol painted into it. My painting, 365 Days of Peace, won an international competition to aid the people of Sierra Leone. One hundred per cent of the funds raised from print sales of my painting go toward providing prosthetic limbs for people maimed in that country’s terrible civil war conflict.

​My spiritual life has always been extremely important to me. I’ve had the good fortune to study with major teachers and this journey has led me to become a practicing Buddhist under Dharma Master YongHua - American Mahayana Buddhism

For the past eight years I’ve experienced the joys of Quantum Healing Therapies. It is now my great fortune to share my knowledge to help spread the word and educate people about the Quantum world. Quantum Healing - it works!
